June 2011 market cap : 65 Million dollar with 2011 projected revenue of > 350 million for 2011.Shareprice last three years range 15.00$-0.90$ , last two year range 7.96$ -1.04$

Fast expanding hog and feed business company with revenue in th USA and in China. Applying US style hog production in China.
Currently new American management and reputable accounting firm

Rapid expanion from 2006 onward. Some overpriced acquisitions were made in 2007 and 2008.
Good revenue expansion, logistics and overhead lacked.
Old management resigned. Company cut 10% of its workforce, some acquisitions were partially written off and lastly top outside managers hired.

Q4 2010 management was removed and replaced with interim ceo.
Announcement in Q1 2011 of enlisting of USA CEO and managers, (ex top management from mcdonalds amongst them)
