ATTENTION NEW BOARD MEMBERS
WELCOME to ALL THINGS MONEY....the ATM!
We are an education board and we are here to help each other learn how to make money. We discuss just about any market that is out there as they are all connected and we need to be watching everything in order to find the most success possible. But first let's go over our board rules:
1. ZERO spamming, pumping, "to the moon!",etc. will be tolerated! MODS will delete as soon as they see it!
2. PLEASE do not post something like "What do you think about XXXX stock." If you want to know others opinion it is only polite to state your opinion with some kind of reasons why. Example - "I am looking to get into XXXX stock because it has acquired YYYY and the new business model should cut costs. Is $12.00 a good entry point IYO?"
3. BE POLITE!
4. Opinions contrary to mine or yours are ENCOURAGED!
5. All are encouraged to contribute.
6. Please remember that this board is for people that will have varied approaches to wealth accumulation. Some day traders, swing traders, technical traders, long term investors, etc. All types and what is good for me may not be good for you!
7. Everything posted here is OPINION and you should do your own research and make your own decisions. You are responsible for your money - no one else!
8.Please only post about FULLY REPORTING companies as we do not want this board to become part of all the pinksheet promotions
We have created an atmosphere here that is fun, educational, profitable and is inclusive of all who want to join. That is why we do NOT give our political views, but rather how politics affects how we play the markets. We do not use "bad language" or "off color comments" - just remember that we do have grandmothers on our board and your posts should reflect the same respect you would talk to your own grandmother - be polite!! But please also remember that we encourage differring opinions so if I love a particular stock and you hate it, speak up and say why you disagree...all we ask is that you do so politely :)

Feel free to sign up for our email alerts. We use these to let folks know of possible plays with non reporting penny stocks, as we do not allow these type of picks on the board. But fully reporting pennies are fine to bring to the board.
Please remember that we cover many markets, so at times the board may be dominated by discussions of currencies, grain futures or options in the banking sector - all relevant mrkts are open to discussion. And while you may never personally trade the Euro, it definitely will benefit you to read the posts to see how it may affect your trades.
You will find several things come up continuously here at the ATM, IE:
Take profits!
Cut loss's quickly.
Get winner after winner after winner.
Specializing is the most assured way to success.
Trade with the direction of the market.
Trade without emotions.
Be open and ready to change your mind.
Have a plan.
Help each other and be polite :)
