ROUND THREE
* In Round Three, the 6 group winners from Round Two then join the remaining 6 teams that received byes for Round One and Round Two. (The byes were determined by FIFA Rankings - Top six teams in CONCACAF got a 1 & 2 round Bye.)
* The 12 teams will be drawn into 3 groups of 4 teams each.
* The matches are foreseen to be played in the period from 8 June to 16 October 2012.
* All 3 group winners and 3 group runners-up advance to Round Four
