I've been a buyer since 2009.
They had a rough patch with the Varvarinskoye Mine, which they sold, and came out of with money in the bank.
ORSU is now poised for a huge run, once the value of the Karchiga copper mine, and its proximity to the growing Chinese market, becomes more widely appreciated.

The CEO, Dr. Sergey Kurzin, has an outstanding history, and a record of transforming small mining firms into big winners. Do your DD, and I am sure you will want buy at these levels.
