I have to make a comment on some past posts that have been eating at me.... I am sorry that I do not have the time to go retrieve them.

About a month ago a poster who representaed themselves as a special opps guy (Navy Seal) made some comments. The general reaction by we public guys was to blast him as a fraud. He then made statements that would unequivically identify him as what he proported to be. A new party, in the know, then posted a comment without pointing a finger, that "someone had crossed the line", and that an oath was taken and had been breached. Since, there have been no subsequent posts that I am aware of by either party.

I suggect that high level memebers of our military know of the importance of this technology, and are monitoring this site for information.

As I see it there is a critical race going on.

China and Russia have scientists. Nanotube technology and methodes of fab are not classified. China has surplus Gov. money. It is important to China/ Russia to be world class militarty power houses. China will invest billions in this technology, and own it as a Gov entity.. fab, tech, all of it controled by gov. The USA military is aware of this, but can not move because we are public and capitalitic. The USA military must have a private sector company develope this technology yesterday, so our soldiers are not at a disadvantage. Although saving soldiers in Afgan against penniless gurilla fighters is massivly important, there is a much bigger picture. When it becomes public that China has integrated carbon-nano tube technology into their war machine, we will have no choice but to counter and move expeditiously to re-tool our armor.
