On March 31, 2011, the Company’s licensing agreement with the University of Michigan has been terminated. I believe that’s all we’ll here from Abviva.
On May 19, 2011, Abviva “entered into a share exchange agreement with M.G. Shrimply’s.” M.G. Shrimply’s is a private Texas Company in the development of an indoor natural shrimping business. The Board of Directors appointed Martha Pollock as the chief executive officer. A complete 8-K filing is expected.
