A month after devastating tornadoes ripped across the state, Alabama businesses are encouraged to visit http://www.Alabama.gov to retrieve lost information and documentation.

The state’s official website can provide businesses with several forms that may have been damaged in the recent tornadoes, including Certificates of Existence, Business Entity copies, Certificates of Good Standing, and several professional licenses. A listing of frequently accessed business services can be found under the Online Services & Subscriptions tab found on the Alabama.gov homepage. Alabama.gov serves as a one-stop resource to retrieve this information.

At this time, we must do everything we can to make sure our fellow Alabamians are able to get back on their feet,” said Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman. “These folks are our friends, family and neighbors; we need to do everything possible to help them get their lives back to normal as quickly as they can.” Recently the Alabama Secretary of State’s office stated in a press release that, “all paperwork and documents related to the storm recovery and rebuilding efforts will be expedited.”
