Interesting to look at the ownership of the other company- CBC Acquistion Corp 1. Plato Star Group Limited owns about 1/3 of the shares, Wu has @ 1/3 and Wang own's @ 1/3.

Yousan Sou, a director and owner of 92% of the outstanding interests of Plato Star Group Limited, also is the named natural person with voting and dispositive power of ordinary shares held by GIT, LLC, or 4.9% shares of VGREF.

So you have Wang and Sou, who between them control just about 10% of the VGREF shares, and have GKG licensing rights combining with this Wu guy organizing an empty shell looking for merger partners....

Each of Chi Wu, Yousan Sou and Yushien Wang may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Common Stock owned of record by Plato Star Group Limited.
