Continued insider dilution....
This stock is dropping from continued insider dilution, consensus suggest that cash is needed to fund the colombia deal. This stock is at 52wk lows (.45) IMO from a charts technical stand point, this stock is at the bottom of the channel, so you might get alittle of a false bounce. Investment opinion: Long.
