Kgoodrich: Update
As you know I stated I had $220,000 in my IRA (401) and started with GENZ on July1 ,2003 on your big board example and have changed stocks each month according to your example. My account was up to $388,000 through August 2004. I was up to 571,000 through the end of 2004 and through Jan 2005 my account was 635,000.
Feburary was also a winner with BLI and my account rose to 658,000. In March I was stopped out of BSX and my account is now $592,000 which by the way is a 170% gain since July 2003.
Realizing that I had more money than I would ever need, I decided to put $500,000 into income producing funds such as
ACG which is yeilding 9% which will make me about $45,000 a year.
I then put $92,000 into April stock LXK and was stopped out for a 10% loss.
I have decided to retire from seasonality investing and put the remaining $82,500 into income producing CEF's and ETF's. The reason is I have all that I could possibly want and need so I see no need to put anymore at risk. I realize that you Kgoodrich have given me the way to achieve what I have. For this I will be forever gratefull.
I would like to tell all of your readers that you are truly one of the most unselfish men that I have ever come in contact with.
