RECENT TRIP TO CWRN MINE,

I am a friend of Temeku999 and somewhat new to this board. I have been following CWRN on this board since late January after Temeku999 told me about this company. I wanted to be for certain this mine was real before making a considerable addition to my investment, so we drove down to visit it last week.

We left Arizona at 6p and arrived at the port of Ensenada at roughly 3a. At this point we were to hyped up to go to sleep so we drove around trying to get a view of the ORE at the port. It was simply to dark so we gave up that attempt and headed to the mine.

There was a lot of speculation on this board as to the road conditions but from what we witnessed it looks like they repaved almost all of it. Clear up to the mine itself.

We arrived to the mine at around 4:30a and took a video and a few pics posted below. As you can see this is a 24 hr operation. Look at that pile of ORE!! We then got some zzz's in the car and woke up to meet Bob at around 10am.

Bob gave us a fairly detailed tour of the property and I must say I was surprised at the amount of land usage Bob has to mine. He showed us step by step how the process works from scalping to crushing to mag seperation to finish product. He also explained how all the different peices of machinery and equipement works. He showed us a peice of land that has roughly 2,000,000 tonnes of iron ore deposits that was not stated in any previous PRs. Another huge bonus!

After touring the property, Temeku999 and myself were given a few Iron Ore rocks as souvenirs. I've already got mine on my mantle. smile What I really liked about the visit was that I got a general feeling that Bob is very passionate about his work. Every sentence turned into a hr long story. I'm a poker player and can usually tell when someone is full of it. Bob must have a good poker face if he's not really the CEO of this company!

Bob took us to lunch at a local mexican cafe and we talked a little about the fake buy out offer, shipping process and the CE. He told us he never had any interest to sell out but posted the PR to give the shareholders the right to exercise the option. He has no plans to sell out as he wants to grow this company. As far as shipping is concerned, once he puts down a deposit (roughly $400,000) the ship is then ordered and he is given a date, name of ship and when it shall arrive. The communication is relayed between the captain and the port agent. There is usually always a grace period 5-10 days that these ships can be late which is what we are seeing here. I noticed some of you were trying to calculate the revenue using a % but this is not the case. Bob explained that the higher the ORE content the better the price. So when figuring revenue an example would be 62% Finnes = $184/tonne. $184 x 42,000 tonnnes = $7,728,000. You do not multiply by 62% etc etc. As far as the CE, he told us he is working on getting it cleared up.

After lunch, (which Bob paid for),Temeku999 and I headed back to the port in hopes to grab some pics/video of the ORE piled at the port. This is where it got fun. Appearantly there was a city wide celebration which consisted of a parade miles long! We were stuck and stuck for good. Luckily we found a street that was not blocked and drove up to a ridge where we had a decent view of the port. Temeku999 took a short clip although its a bit shaky. Sorry about that.

To wrap things up, I would have to say I am confident in my decision in investing in CWRN as I see nothing but long term growth. CWRN is a speeding train that will surely be hard to stop IMHO!
