Lori Stanley leaving company as general counsel and investor relations connection, and the deregistering shares filing yesterday was interesting, perhaps they are setting up for shell status, bankruptcy or a merger. Often times see deregistering shares and cleaning up things as something before a change is coming. Alot of options, some good, some bad but no certainty. Personally, I haven't liked the moves they've been making in last six months, but never know, could be a surprise. Could go any direction, we'll see.
