You need to check the business model/ prospects of a mutual fund to find out how they invest the money.

I am not spending any time doing that type of investigation.

This and the MONTHLY DIVIDEND BOARD both focus only on which companies/Closed Ended Funds (CEF's) pay dividends.

We rate them by % of dividend and how long has the dividend been paid out as well as if the stock or CEF price drops due to a dividend payout. Meaning that the dividend comprises of just getting your money back.
