Eternal Energy owns 50% working interest in approximately 4,600 acres (2,300 net acres).

EERG will oversee the drilling and operation activities associated with the property

The Hardy Property has one oil well, recently recompleted in the Bakken formation, and currently producing approximately 60 barrels of oil and 210 barrels of water per day.

The Company plans to drill a second, development well during the first quarter of 2011.
