Spyglass Prospect (North Dakota)

A 50% working interest in approximately 7,200 acres (3,600 net acres) located in Divide County, North Dakota.

EERG will oversee the drilling and operational activities in the Spyglass Prospect.

Close proximity to commercial Bakken wells north of EERG's acreage.

Excellent Three Forks producers exist approximately 5 miles SE of our prospect. Rates of 300 - 500 BOPD are being reported.

EERG is evaluating Bakken and Three Forks drilling options on its Spyglass acreage.
