drop case on feb 4 th since doj or sec have provided no discovery only
wayne celia testimony to get us arrested. We will be on oprah and

I am very relieved to hear that the DOJ has still not provided a
Discovery status report, due by Feb 4th.

All the more reason that we cannot let Silverman get away with
accepting an unfriendly buyout offer on Feb 3 - 4.

A coincidental convergence of time frames? Not likely. Not at all.
