Would the owner of this shell be attempting to buy back shares from the open market in an attempt to make it sellable at a later time or would they just change the share structure and move on with the sale?
I also searched for a trigger but didn't find anything new in cyber world.
I would have thought the pumper would have been on the message board alerting if that was the motive.
