A: There will be a 2 step PR process...First through a MMG filing system and then 3-4 days after an official PR...

A: It might...if not i believe AD papers should be filed and we should see a filing about officer/CEO change on Pink Sheets...CE removal is still a precondition for merger announcment!!!But the merger is 100% done...
