Reverse Split

Well, that is quite interesting. This is completely new territory for me. I will be very interested in seeing how this plays out. Nothing is mentioned about a lockup, so I guess that's good.

So what do you think this will do to the stock price? Think it will fall back to four cents? Perhaps we should have waited until the insiders assigned shares to themselves, first? Have any of you been through one of these empty shells and subsequent reverse splits?

I wonder if Spicy Pickle plans on spinning off the Bread Garden Franchise, paying its shareholders a dividend in a new public company. And then bring Bread Garden public through this avenue? I have no idea. Just throwing it out there.
