DIGI annual stockholder's meeting looks to be happening on October 14 at their company headquarters in St Paul, MN.

There's five main items they are looking for shareholder approval on...the biggest two IMO:

To approve the 2010 long-term incentive plan.
To increase the number of authorized shares from 110,000,000 to 135,000,000.
