Mr. Bradley T. Ray has been terminated from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of Geotec, Inc. (the "Company") by the Board of Directors of the Company effective November 24, 2009.

Mr. Mark Dorsten, has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Company and has been elected and has agreed to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer for the Company effective November 24, 2009.
