I wouldn't put too much credence in Polk. He stated on May 17th that no more questions have come up since 4/23 and "An answer will come sometime this week or next." (that was 2 months ago)

All I know is I want approval. I've stated before, Imaging3 has done some things I didn't agree with, but the pros outnumbered the cons. Unfortunately, they are getting alot closer to being even.

I was surprised we didn't run up on the April 5th submittal. But not surprised we dropped from .40 last week after the filter company got denied. Dean has stated how important this time around is, and that's why I think he didn't inform us on July 5th.
