A New Year . . .

As in a new fiscal year starting June 1, 2010. But we have something new to show you.

Click on this link to see what we are excited about. A company is only as good as its products or services and we think our new, innovative package system for Artisanal Premium Cheeses we designed for retail stores is different. Our recent SEC 8-K filing shows we were granted a U.S. trademark in the packaging and merchandising concept.

What we are doing is bringing 16 of the 240+ world-class cheeses we market under our umbrella brand - Artisanal Premium Cheese - into retail stores, but not just promoting our cheeses as great because we service the best chefs in the country. We are really ushering in a solution to the consumer confusion that still exists with trying to select cheeses and pairing them with wines and beers. As cheeses and wines grow in numbers the confusion gets worse. We beleive we have a solution.

Our brand started in a two star Michelin-rated restaurant so culinary excellence is our know-how and standard. So in our 4-color box presentation in stores and our trademarked CheeseClock (tm), we aimed to help ordinary consumers select cheeses from Mild to Strong, just as a chef would do -- MILD, MEDIUM, BOLD, STRONG. Just like a wine flight. But now, ordinary consumers can do it for themselves by selecting different boxes using our 4-color system and retailers like the system as it reduces the need for labor and eliminates some waste as our cheeses are all pre-cut and packaged into a Grab & Go system.

We are now in 3 major supermarket chains, many independent retailers and select Costco locations and we are offering this program to retailers across the country at booth #770 at the NYC Fancy Food Show at the end of this month. But, see for yourself. Try our deeply discounted Due Diligence Cheese Sampler to see the packaging system in your own home and learn about the CheeseClock. We priced it so you would try it -- it makes for a great Father's Day Gift too.

Also, if you like what you see, please tell us about a retailer near you (supermarket, gourmet store, or wine store) and if they agree to stock Artisanal we will send you a complimentary offering of our Cheese of the Month Club.

Best,
Dan Dowe
