Maybe (imo)JB wanted nothing to do with another pipe but had no choice...prbly more family and neigbours and friends of friends of family and friends of neigbours who insisted on getting in and wanted to put $ directly into the company...this would make sense that they were not worried about paying a little extra and no lawsuits have been filed like predicted over and over on board...(imo) a little patience will go a very long way..
