Okay, here's what was learned today from Madsen & Associates that proves ALL company statements I posted in my last 4 posts are entirely FALSE and MISLEADING and FRAUDULENT to no end .........
To begin with, Ted Madsen is an awesome guy that had no problem sharing pertinent information about SIAF. It was disclosed immediately to Ted that a lawsuit was in the works against SIAF and the IR firm for false and misleading statements pertaining to PR's that stated false and misleading dates surrounding not only the completion of the 2008 and 2009 audits, but also a cash dividend. It was disclosed to Ted that our belief was that the company put out these false and misleading statements to enhance the buying of the company's stock so that prior shell owners and any related third parties could more effectively sell their stock into increased volume.
First of all, Ted Madsen sent a signed engagement letter to SIAF on April 9th for audit work to be performed for the years 2008 and 2009 and he told SIAF that his projected completion date for 2008 and 2009 would be August 1st and not before he could make an on-site visit later in July.
The company KNEW this all along, yet they were putting out false PR's in early March, stating that audits would be completed by early April, meanwhile Madsen & Associates' services hadn't even been engaged yet. LOL. Are you kidding me ?
Now are you ready for this ? As of this date (today May 24th), Ted states that he has not yet received the signed engagement letter back from SIAF. This is unbelievable !!
Just take note of all the company statements in my 4 prior posts and the dates those statements were made and compare them with what was learned today. As far as having to wait the customary 30-day period for Madsen & Associates' response, that's now off the table and thus the lawsuit PR will be forthcoming much sooner.
I'm now more pissed than ever at how we were all blatantly lied to and totally defrauded, just so that the company could attempt to quickly get rid of the prior shell owners and any other related third parties, regardless of the damage to shareholders.
Let me tell all of you guys something right now. The lawsuit will be a SLAM DUNK !! Game, set and match.
