I received a packet the other day from "The China Club Investment Alliance." They were promoting this stock. It seems this "alliance" concentrates on Chinese stocks and they included a brochure about this one. It looked like a "pump" to me and the disclaimer (called an "addendum" in the brochure) said:

The ChinaDispatch and/or its publisher, InvestorsInsight Publishing III, Inc., dba The China Club did not receive any compensation (other than subscription revenues, the amount of which is not known at this time) with respect to the writing and distribution of this mailing piece. An affiliate of InvestorsInsight Publishing III, Inc. (Casson Media Group, Inc.) has received cash compensation in the amount of $275,000 and 25,000 shares of common stock of the featured company....

I'm wondering if the "alliance" is a P&D operation or are legitimate and one can make decent money by joining.
