LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 04/21/10) - Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (Pinksheets:FFGO - News) confirms that its Transfer Agent has now completed the Audit of its Stockholder Register and has filed a Form 8-K to this effect.
The completion of this audit now permits the Company to declare Dividends going forward; following the completion of the transactions to dispose of its Gold Interests as previously announced.
