What a big burn this was for people....I'm hearing a market maker refused to pay a fee he owed to FINRA and all these companies got kicked off the otcbb. He was the mm who sponsored their 15c211's. When a company gets listed on the otcbb there is a market maker who sponsors them by attesting/taking responsibility for the info in their 15c211 so they can be allowed to start trading. Then all the other mm's can piggy back off the sponsoring mm after 30 days to make a market in that particular stock. The other mm's file what's called a short form 15c211 and they can make a market in that stock by piggybacking off the sponsoring mm's 15c211 long form filing.
