ARCI must be followed to see if the GE connection can bring some profits. ARCI has management problems opening and closing places almost haphazardly, doing the recycling scrap thing, and selling discount
stuff in chancy locations.
Yet this low float stock offers coiled profits that can mask these defects if scrap prices soar.
