The claims under the Petition total $599,177.88.

I seem to remember reading that if there is a risk the company will be made bankrupt then under the JV agreement Entek will put in upto $1 million, in addition to the investment money, to prevent that from happening.

Entek are unlikely to let this go under. Properly developed and funded it is far too valuable.
