Franco Modigliani, Nobel Prize for economics, said that the U.S. lists are overvalued by a 15-20%, then, according to the Italian economist, the corrective phase has just begun. As regards Italy, Modigliani argues that growth is below potential in the country and the fault of the economic policy of the ECB.
