Firelight Corporation Announces Joint Venture With Auten Interactive to Produce 'Classic Patterns' Television Series

Firelight Corporation (TSX Venture: FRL; OTC Pink Sheets: FLGHF) announces that it has reached an agreement with Auten Interactive to form Classic Patterns, LLC, a joint venture to produce the bass fishing television program, "Classic Pattern
s"(TM), and to develop and distribute instructional videos and other products based on the Classic Patterns(TM) television program. Auten Interactive is currently in production on its third season of Classic Patterns(TM) to be broadcast on The Outdoor Channel during the first and second quarters of 2005.
Auten Interactive is the video production company of Mike and Becky Auten of Benton, Kentucky. Mike Auten is one of the leading participants in the ESPN Bassmaster(TM) bass fishing tour. Mr. Auten is also a nationally-known outdoor and fishing videographer and producer, with numerous credits. The Classic Patterns(TM) television program and all of the video products related to Classic Patterns(TM) feature the top bass anglers in the United States. Among the anglers scheduled to appear this season are Kevin VanDam, Gerald Swindle, Rick Clunn, Mike Iaconelli, Kelly Jordon, Skeet Reese, Marty Stone, and Tim Horton.
