Per Pinksheets, BZCN has approximately 425 million O/S. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=bzcn. At its current price of .001, BZCN has a market cap of $425,000, which is less than its verifiable, publicly availble annual revenue of a minimum of $600,000 (link back from this post to find revenue calculation. Any public company trades at a multiple of earnings, so let's just use bare minimum conservative multiplier of x10 - that mean's based upon BZCN's verifiable revenue that it should have a market cap of 6 million (verifiable revenue of $600,000 x 10 multiple).

Do you folks realize what this means? At 425 O/S, BZCN should be trading at .014, at bare minimum, based upon its verifiable revenue. WOW! I'm kinda stunned myself now that I've done the due diligence. I'm loading the truck BZCN tomorrow.
