from the best I can tell, and I've done some research on the daily history volume here over the past few years, and it is imo impossible for the 504 to have dumped more than 400 mil into the market. There is no way to find out if they still have shares in their possession, or if they do, weather they would be restricted or not. But so far, they have dumped no more than 400 mil, and that is great if that's all we have to face here. In fact, if that is all that will be done, I will be buying more.
