So you're saying he answers and talks to you the first time he called? I have talked to several Noobis employees and they have a team working on bettering both the BSB and Gold site. Lets not forget the Shirtshop for facebook that has a very active team as well. if I hadn't been able to contact these people working on the web sites I would have sold my position.
