Going down, time to buy once this stabilizes. I think the lawsuit amounts to unhappy investors....
We'll see what happens. I'm hoping we go to $1 so I can buy back in. Company is still losing money, but this one is fundamentally sound and has cut costs and under-performing stores just like they should. It's a sound company that will return once retail comes back.
