(PINK SHEETS: NEXC - News) today announced that management will host a conference call and audio webcast on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. ET to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of 2009. In addition, the Company intends to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 5, 2009 its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2009.
