GBJT (.0085) – DD Compilation Post

FIND OUT WHAT THE BUZZ IS ALL ABOUT. Up 466%+ today

Make sure you mark the board: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=4891

Ok folks, GDJT close at .0085 up 466% today on 12 million share volume, this is after being up 500% on Monday on 4.7 million in share volume. So .0006 to .0085 on 16.7 million shares. For those watching, one would think it’s too late to get in and chase. Well with most pinks that maybe the case, but this is a possible reverse merger, where history has shown 10,000%+ gains are possible. Take a look here for some reverse merger plays from the past:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=7308

Is this a reverse merger? Is there potential for those type of returns? It is too early to tell and I have not connected enough dots to say without a doubt it is, but the DD below sure points to it. As with any Pinksheet stock, please make sure you do your own due diligence, do not rely on this post alone, and verify my facts.

What alerted me to GBJT was the Florida SOS update on October 21st . When a company is dormant for a long time, then suddenly restates an SOS with a name change, it usually means something is in the works. This happened with CVRG earlier in the year. If you had bought right after the SOS change, and held a few months, you would have enjoyed a run from .0005 to .55 : http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=historical&cb=1256691811&symbol=CVRG
Here is the SOS filing for GBJT:

Now in April of 2009, during the annual filing, they changed the registered agent, thought that was interesting as well:

The key to the SOS update is the name change to Legacy Brands Holding, Inc. Looks like the new company is a holding company(duh!). Now normally there is some time to wait after the SOS change to get an update on the business and the new company. But it looks like the company is moving forward quickly in updating the investment community. They registered a new Website on 10/14/2009 and actually updated the database today at 2:12pm!!!! This is huge IMHO as it means things are truly in the works.

Here is the website: http://legacybrandsholding.com/

And here is the whois info: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/legacybrandsholding.com

Notice below the database update shows 10-14. And below that I have the updated whois that shows the database update for today at 2:11pm.

Now trying to research on the business has been a little more difficult. It looks like our President did found a computer data protection company in 1997 and is still operating : http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_62f2d0
And there are some other leads I have, but less detail on those at the moment. Using the new company address, it looks like we are in a financial building but couldn’t find much more details.

Speculation fuels many pinksheet runners, and for all we know it’s a multi-million dollar company , or it could be a start-up with no revenues. Either way, for a stock trading at .0085 right now, it may be worth some lunch money to see how it pans out.

As per the SOS update we know the Authorized shares are 500 million, which is very reasonable for a .0x stock. I did call the T/A earlier this afternoon and spoke to a lady who gave me the current O/S of 168 million shares, and another ihubber called as well. Someone did call later after close and said the T/A is not giving out the share structure anymore. I do have a fax and an email sent out to them and will call them as soon as they open tomorrow. It would make no sense for dilution here as there is no news/ business for the company to move their stock with. And knowing as of Oct 21st that the A/S is only 500 million is reassuring enough for me.
I love companies who are incorporated in florida as SUNBIZ is the best when it comes to keeping us up to date on changes to the SOS or a potential Reverse Split. Again, very comforting and reassuring to me.
Now a quick recap on our President and Directors:

Richard Oravec has the best resume and looks like there is potential for him to be rolling in some type of business.

Chart and Trading
As you will see from my chart below, I really think this goes bonkers are any break above .012. This has been taken down from .60 on small volume and shouldn’t take much to get it back to .02+. The trading was odd today with 6.6 million in buys and 5.2 million in sells. If you told me that ratio, I would say the stock closed up 50% or so. But 466%? Sounds like Market makers may be short? Near the end of the day we did get 2 more market makers on the BID: SALI AND VFIN. And at times throughout the day there was 1 market maker until .02. Looks like this trades very thin and I would be sure we got rid of quite a few profit takers and flippers, meaning less resistance once we break into the pennies.
I posted it on the board today, but I have seen strange things when a dormant stock comes to life. One from Recent memory is IENT that ran from .0025 to .0049, doing the .008 to .049 in the last 30 minutes of trading, like the market makers saw buying wasn’t stopping and decided to cover. Who knows if that happens here, but it is something to consider.

I will have more updates as I find more info. If anyone has some info to add please let me know. Remember to do your own DD and best of luck to all!!!
