TORONTO, Jul 14, 2009 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- The Commission issued an Order in the above matter which provides that (1) the Temporary Order is varied such that DeFreitas may direct TD Waterhouse and TD Bank to sell securities held in his accounts with them to liquidate the accounts; and, (2) the Temporary Order, as varied by this Order, is otherwise extended until the conclusion of this proceeding or until further order of the Commission.
