have 259.5 acres in WV. As non reporting, non-transparent pinkie, we know very little. The land was 3 adjoining parcels with anywhere from 4-10 existing low producing wells. We were told that there was some seller financing involved as well as, I'm sure, some private investors cash. We do not know if we have the mineral/gas rights, what contracts exist with the operators. Don't know what is owed, to whom, including total owed to Adam's private investors. There are known, much more highly producing, new wells within 2 miles of the single well that we've been told the number of (041-03890). That was The Old Fork. New wells are being drilled adjacent to old wells using a technique that at a certain depth the drilling goes horizontal cutting into more pockets of gas. Oil companies have and are building equipment storage facilities around the nearest Interstate exits.

There is timber on the land, value unknown, or if permits can be obtained. There are a few, somewhat small, cleared areas within a few miles.

The land is not easily accessible. About 15 miles via country roads to gain access to an Interstate.
