As of June 12, 2009 at 4:05 p.m. , the Board of Directors of Universal Systems, Inc., received and subsequently accepted the resignation of Mr. Kevin Chambers, President/CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.



During the interim, the Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Frank Perkins will assume the duties of the President under the direction of the Board.



Universal Systems, Inc. Annual Shareholders meeting will be held on June 30, 2009. All shareholders are encouraged to attend and vote their concerns. The meeting will be held at the BestWestern Conference Center, (I84 City Center Exit 304) Baker City, OR . The registration of member is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. The Annual Business Meeting will commence at l0:30 a.m.
