VISUAL INDUSTRIES (VUAL) ANNOUNCES JOINT VENTURE RELATED TO DIGITAL DISPLAY TECHNOLOGY

Pennington, N.J.- April 30, 2008 - VISUAL INDUSTRIES (VUAL: OTC) today announced that it, along with its joint venture VH-3D Displays, LLC, has entered into exclusive agreements with Accuride Corporation (NYSE: ACW) to commercialize Visual's/VH-3D's digital display technologies. The technology includes a wide variety of proprietary and patented technologies with applications in transportation, advertising, tracking, identification, and other industries, and will be marketed under the “TechnOptics" brand.

VH-3D Displays, LLC, formed in 2007, is a joint venture by Harris Visual 3D of Australia (www.harrisvisual3d.com) and Visual Industries.
