Vivid Learning Systems and Imageworks Create Custom Training for a World-Wide Audience

Pasco, WA – December 17, 2008 – Key Technology, Inc. a leader in process automation systems for the food processing and industrial markets needed a cost effective solution to train their world-wide customer base located on six different continents. Relying primarily on in-person, instructor-led product training in the past, Key wanted to deliver an innovative training solution and knew that it was time to take advantage of technology.

To maintain their position as an industry leader and provide value to their clients, Key came to Imageworks and Vivid Learning Systems (OTC:VVDL) in search of a solution. The answer? Rapid development and deployment of customized, online product training. In addition to the design and programming of online courses, Imageworks developed a short marketing demo to build excitement and create a buzz around the new training programs.

Customers around the world now have access to Key’s just-in-time product training with the click of a mouse, saving time, energy and money.

Bill Davis, Director of Service at Key Technology, noted, "Key's commitment to providing high-value, high-quality products and services is exemplified through the introduction of online training for our products. Vivid Learning Systems’ experience and commitment to quality made them the right partner to ensure our customers’ expectations are exceeded. Vivid Learning Systems and Image Works delivered our project on-time and on-budget. "

“We are very excited to announce the formation of a long-term strategic partnership with Key Technology. Our combined experience and market presence in the global food processing industry puts us in a great position to redefine how the industry delivers critical product and safety training.
