Drumstick, a number of things.
First - the new shares were issued before the so-called new management team came into being.

Second - the new management team would have no reason to issue that many shares. They have not announced a Reverse Takeover or a Merger.

Third - the volume of shares trading recently is very suspicious.

Fourth - is it not very odd that the float numbers were not updated when all other share numbers were? Float numbers continue to be 2007 numbers.

Fifth - the Cortelazzi crew has done this type of Puppet Management before.

Sixth - even Col. Jim, the ex-Chairman, said "same, same, same".
