Say there is 8 billion in liabilities and 8 billion in assets. I f the liabilities are not due for a very long time would Wamu emerge from BK or do you think they would just give up? I think it is going to be very close, but just worried they will just liquidate and move on. If they did emerge from BK are chances very good they would just wipe out all shares and start over?
