A treasury bubble burst should give a significant boost to SRS.

I was so concerned about the treasury bubble bursting that I locked in a 15-year refinance mortgage @ 4.875 with no points or origination fee today. Probably did not get the bottom, but I don't want to run the risk of seeing an opportunity get away with the treasury bubble going pop...
