Samantha Alfonzo is currently legal counsel for a Bermuda based group in Ontario, Canada. Prior to this role she provided consulting services to international corporations in the Caribbean. She began her legal career as a corporate/commercial lawyer at one of Canada's largest and most prestigious law firms and has been involved in a number of corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, secured lending transactions and outsourcing agreements.
