w/CDIN..Why???? That is ridiculous for the company to do that! I just called the CEO and explained my frustration. Any one else want to talk with him call 253-383-7194. His name is Nazir Maherali. He stated the company had to do it! You never know. That is why you don't put all your eggs in one basket. I got burned on this one!! The new share structure will be even smaller than it is now with only 2.5 mill in the float vs. 20 million since it is 1 for 8 r/S. The CEO believes this is good for the company with their current situation. I beg to differ.
