People are surmising that CBAY is no longer the old CBAY, but is now BHC, and that if/when it is PR'd, there could be some good movement, and so people are getting in now at .0001, rather than waiting until the news comes out.

It's a matter of personal preference to get in now, knowing there's a risk of not ever being able to sell, and getting in at .0001, vs waiting and getting in at .0002 or higher if it does run.
