Good Morning, Soapy.

I just wanted to let you know that I am moving forward on creating a series of viral videos for WNBD. Eric was very excited at the prospect and is having a case of samples sent to me. I also, followed up on the "Planet Green" TV advertising opportunity and have just provided Eric with ad rates and programming info. So we'll see what happens, good things I'm sure.

Hi Eric,

I hope you are doing well and that the weather is starting get pleasant in your neighborhood. Just a couple of quick things. First, I just wanted to let you know that I have not received the samples yet to produce the viral video's. Second, I recently became aware of a new national TV station that Discovery Channel is launching called "Planet Green". Planet Green is the first and only 24-hour eco-lifestyle television network combined with a robust online presence and community. Launching in June 2008, on-air content will reach 50 million homes with more than 250 hours of original green lifestyle programming. I thought this might be interesting from an advertising perspective, so I took the liberty of asking Dana the head of our media department to get rates and programing information for you. Here is what she provided me.
Dear Brad: Planet Green premiers June 4th @ 6p.m. Attached please find a programming grid. We must buy in increments of 3 commercials (1 prime, 1 overnight, 1 daytime). For a 3, 30 sec. commercials the cost would be $1500 and that airs throughout the entire United States.

This could be a very inexpensive way to get national exposure at a time when both Winning Brands and Planet Green are launching with appeal to the same audience.
